Wine of the Month
From Tuesday the 16th of October Dux will be featuring wines from The Wine and Truffle Company. The 2006 Chardonnay is lightly oaked with a viscous creamy texture and good concentration of peach, citrus & melon flavours, balanced with refreshing acidity. The 2005 Cabernet Merlot is soft, round, full and rich with obvious flavours of blackcurrant, black berries, vanilla, cedar and oak derived spice. The lingering finish is supported by fine mouth coating tannins. Purchase a bottle or a glass and have the chance to win this month’s gift pack.
Seafood Sunday
The chefs at Dux are dusting off the barbecue just in time for the warmer summer months. Beginning the 28th of October we are bringing back the ever popular fresh Seafood Sunday so why not join us for delicious seafood delights every Sunday in addition to the Dux normal a la carte menu.
